Welcome to Agrim Travels Company. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Terms
1.1 Reservation & Payment
- All bookings require a minimum 30% advance payment
- Full payment must be completed 15 days before departure
- Bookings made within 15 days of departure require full payment
- We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards
1.2 Documentation
- Valid ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, or Driver's License) required
- Medical certificates may be required for adventure tours
- Passport and visa copies required for international tours
2. Cancellation Policy

3. Travel Documents & Requirements
3.1 Domestic Tours
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Medical fitness certificate for high-altitude destinations
- Permits for restricted areas (if applicable)
3.2 International Tours
- Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity
- Required visas and travel permits
- Travel insurance (highly recommended)
- Vaccination certificates (if required)
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies and hospitalization
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Lost baggage and personal effects
- Personal accident and liability
- Emergency evacuation
5. Changes & Amendments
5.1 Tour Changes
- Date changes allowed up to 15 days before departure
- Name changes permitted with applicable charges
- Tour itinerary changes subject to availability
5.2 Force Majeure
Agrim Travels Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Transportation strikes
- Pandemic situations
- Government restrictions
6. Liability & Responsibility
6.1 Company Liability
Agrim Travels Company acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and other services and shall not be responsible for:
- Loss or damage to baggage and personal effects
- Delays or changes in transportation schedules
- Injuries, accidents, or illnesses during the tour
- Loss due to theft or criminal activities
6.2 Client Responsibility
- Follow safety instructions and guidelines
- Respect local customs and traditions
- Maintain discipline during group tours
- Carry necessary medications and documents
7. Pricing & Inclusions
7.1 Package Inclusions
- Accommodation as per itinerary
- Meals as specified (Breakfast/Dinner)
- Transportation as per itinerary
- Sightseeing as mentioned
- All applicable taxes
7.2 Package Exclusions
- Airfare/Train tickets (unless specified)
- Lunch and other meals not mentioned
- Personal expenses and tips
- Adventure activity charges
- Monument entry fees and camera charges
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be:
- Used only for booking and service purposes
- Not shared with third parties without consent
- Stored securely and confidentially
- Protected as per data protection laws
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Manendragarh, Chhattisgarh, India. We encourage clients to first contact us directly to resolve any issues amicably.
